April 2024: Fundamentals: Turns and Flow

In this class, we will explore movements, patterns, and exercises to work on turning more confidently, flowing through your dance, and communicating clearly -- with your partner, the music, the floor, and (of course) yourself. 

Fundamentals classes are aimed at any student who is comfortable and confident with the the Lindy 1 curriculum. We encourage students to consider taking Fundamentals classes concurrently with either Lindy 2 or Lindy 3 classes - everyone can always be working on their fundamentals! As a reminder, advancing to Lindy 3 requires at least 1 Fundamentals class, and completion of the Starlight Pass program requires 2 additional Fundamentals classes.

COVID-19 Policy: For this in-person class, we are proof of up-to-date vaccination (including boosters as applicable). Masks are optional. If a COVID spike is observed, the instructors reserve the right to ask folks to dance masked.
