January 2020: Fundamentals: 6-counts and 8-counts and 4-counts, OH MY!

Join us for a class focused on leading and following the difference between foundational 6-count, 8-count (and even 4-count!) Lindy Hop steps. We’ll dig deep into how we swing dancers communicate through movement in order to have fun, clear, and comfortable dances together! Expect lots of tips for followers and leaders and plenty of “lead/follow the difference” practice in class. We can’t wait to demystify this topic for you!

Fundamentals classes are aimed at any student who has completed the Lindy 1 curriculum. We encourage students to consider taking Fundamentals classes concurrently with either Lindy 2 or Lindy 3 classes - everyone can always be working on their fundamentals!
