March 2020: Special Topics: That's Communication

We convey information in so many ways as Swing Dancers: through body language, demonstration, connection and pulse, and verbal communication. Kayla and Andrea will guide you through using those methods to become better dance communicators and better dance listeners. We'll discover how we can learn from each other in many scenarios: during the course of a dance, watching your friends dance, as a student in classes, and during your own practice sessions.

Exercises will include both connected and solo movements as well as small group work.
Requirements: All students in Lindy 2 and above who are comfortable with swingouts are welcome.
