Class Description

Our Partnered Charleston class serves as a great introduction into the world of this high-energy dance! To take this class, you must have taken Lindy 1. Partnered Charleston classes may serve as prerequisites for Lindy 3 if noted. In this class, you will learn: 

  • '20s Charleston Basic
  • '30s Charleston Basic
  • Skip Ups
  • Cross Hand Charleston
  • Mirrored Hand-to-Hand Charleston
  • Charleston Entrances and Exits
  • Tandem Charleston

Partnered Charleston classes are offered throughout the year on a rotating schedule. No partner is required. 

COVID-19 Policy: For this in-person class, we are proof of up-to-date vaccination (including boosters as applicable). Masks are optional. If a COVID spike is observed, the instructors reserve the right to ask folks to dance masked.
